Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BeatBlossom, operated by Birkes Innovative Solutions LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use BeatBlossom.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate someone else or claim a username in bad faith.

Beta software

BeatBlossom is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data loss is possible. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Music playback

Music is played through the embedded YouTube player. We do not host, store, or distribute audio files. Your use of the player is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Don't use BeatBlossom to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, including in club chat and posts.
• Post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Queue content in club sessions intended to harass or shock other listeners.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service, or interfere with other users' access.
• Manipulate ratings, blossom balances, or leaderboards through automation or exploits.
• Circumvent advertising, plan limits, or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and may remove content at our discretion.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to store and display it as needed to operate the service — for example showing your posts in the feed or your shared playlists on a public profile.

Subscriptions

• Pro and Premium are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe (web) or the App Store / Google Play (mobile).
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Mobile purchases are subject to the refund policy of the relevant app store.
• Prices and plan features may change. We'll give notice before a change affects an active subscription.

Blossoms

Blossoms are an in-app recognition currency. They are earned only through in-app activity, cannot be purchased, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred off the platform, or withdrawn for money. Tipping a DJ with blossoms is not a payment. We may adjust earn rates or reset balances in cases of abuse or exploitation.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting info@bis-llc.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birkes Innovative Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BeatBlossom. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States.
