Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BeatBlossom, operated by the BeatBlossom team. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use BeatBlossom.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate someone else or claim a username in bad faith.

Beta software

BeatBlossom is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data loss is possible. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Music playback

Music is played through the embedded YouTube player. We do not host, store, or distribute audio files. Your use of the player is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Don't use BeatBlossom to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other Members, including in club chat and posts.
• Post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Queue content in club sessions intended to harass or shock other listeners.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service, or interfere with other Members' access.
• Manipulate ratings, Petals balances, or leaderboards through automation or exploits.
• Circumvent plan limits or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and may remove content at our discretion.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to store and display it as needed to operate the service — for example showing your posts in the feed or your shared playlists on a public profile.

Subscriptions

• Pro and Premium are paid plans you buy on the web at beatblossom.com. You pay in crypto on the Solana network, in SOL or USDC. Prices are set in US dollars: Pro is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year; Premium is $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year. At checkout we show the exact token amount; that quote is valid for 5 minutes.
• Each payment buys a prepaid period: 30 days for monthly, 365 days for yearly. Your plan starts once the payment is confirmed on-chain. If you pay again before your period ends, the new period is added to the end of the current one.
• Crypto payments don't renew automatically, and we never charge you without a new payment from you. If you don't pay again, your account returns to the Free plan 7 days after the period ends. This applies to every active plan, including ones bought before this change. There's nothing to cancel: your plan simply runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• You pay any Solana network fees. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. If a payment arrives late, is short, or can't be matched to your order, it's held for review; contact us and we'll sort it out.
• All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you paid and didn't receive your plan, contact beatblossom@proton.me and we'll fix your plan.
• We may change prices or plan features. A change never affects a period you've already paid for.

Petals

Petals are in-app recognition with no cash value. You get them only through in-app activity. They cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred off the platform, converted to BLOSSOM, or withdrawn for money. Sending Petals to a DJ is recognition, not a payment. We may adjust how Petals are given, or reset balances, in cases of abuse or exploitation.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting beatblossom@proton.me. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the BeatBlossom team is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BeatBlossom.
